Flying Titans Programming: Chief Engineer#
I am the chief engineer of Flying Titans Programming. I started the company in 1982 while I was at Olympus High School in East Millcreek, Utah to independently sell software. It did not go very far since I had no marketing skills whatsoever.
In 1986 I left the programming industry. I wanted to do something besides program: ski, hike, fish, hunt, etc. Anything, but a programmer. I kept this up for four years until I needed a better income than a waiter/bartender for my new family. So I returned to programming.
In the past few years I have decided that Flying Titans Programming will not produce proprietary applications anymore, but will produce commercial application and free software (as in free speech). The software will be distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL).
