| Description | MailArchive archives email messages in MacOS X Mail application.
Mail through the "Save As…" to save individual messages, but the
capability to save multiple messages is non-existent. MailArchive
was built to remedy this. MailArchive will look at all the email messages within Mail and if specific criteria is met (date received, read/unread, or flagged) it will mark the message as needing to be archived. Then you may archive those messages and after they are archived you will be able to delete archived messages from mail (move to Mail's trash). The archived messages are stored in mailbox files, which are usable by most email application programs, in a folder structure that matches the mailbox structure that you had in Mail |
